ANNOUNCEMENTS

-Donald Miller (author of Blue Like Jazz among other things) is coming to Somerset Christian College, see Bueno for more details

-Come this Saturday, September 16th!!!! DANCE FOR DARFUR block party event to raise awareness of the genocide. There'll be speakers, performers, vendors. All proceeds go to fight injustice in Sudan. Oh yeah, it's in NYC, 17st. between 8th and 9th Ave.

-This Friday, Rob Blue's doing a show at the Internet Cafe here in RB at 7 pm, the cost is $10 or less, come out and support some ORB musicians

-another show, September Smash, $12, 7 pm at New Monmouth Baptist Church

-Football, Saturdays at 10 am at Fair Haven Fields

-Apple picking, yum!, September 23rd, more details to come

-RETREAT October 13/14/15 $95 per person, but if you can't afford that, talk to one of the leaders, there are some "scholarships" available

-FORBES is putting on a show upstairs on September 22nd, some of the featured bands are: Supercool, Jeff's band, Rob's band, Siafu (sp?), et al- money goes to help the retreaters

-Softball on Sundays at the Count Basie Field at !2:30 pm, come see, support the players, hang out, (play?)

-Ultimate Frisbee Wednesdays at 5:30 pm at the Fair Haven Fields

-starting next Monday (the 18th)there will be a study time at Brookdale from 12-2 pm at the Student Life Center, look for Andy and others should you decide to come
