Announcements for the week of 7/24/07....
ANNOUNCEMENTS!!
~Eugene's band, Throw the Heat will be playing the Warped Tour on 8/5 at Raceway Park on the Ernie Ball Stage…come one, come for a chance to see some awesome bands and to support Eugene!
~Every Wednesday Morning at 6:30 AM there will be morning prayer time in the room where we meet for worship. It lasts about an hour. So if you are interested please come out.
~Sunday afternoons at 4:00PM there will be another prayer time. People will be meeting in one of the side rooms off of where we met for worship. If Wednesday mornings don't work for you, come check out the Sunday afternoon group.
~Mark your calendars! The fall retreat is set for the weekend of Oct. 5-7 at Tuscorora. The approximate cost is $80-$90 a person which includes your transportation, meals, lodging, etc. Start saving up now and check back with us for more updates on the retreat!

announcements for the week of July 10, 2007...
ANNOUNCEMENTS!
1. YAG is responsible for the Welcome this coming Sunday during the service. Thank you to Jay N. for volunteering to do the Welcome this week!
2. For those who are interested or involved in the Dominican Republic missions trip, there will be a meeting after the Sunday service on July 22nd. The money ($300 bones) for this trip is due on July 15th so if you really want to go, make sure you get your money in to Jared Murray or Kevin Smith by this Sunday, July 15th!
3. The YMCA is looking for a couple of full-time positions for Facility Specialists (fixing air conditioners, etc.). Great benefits and a free membership for your family to the YMCA if you’re an employee!
4. The YAG Fall Retreat is coming up the weekend of October 5-7 at Tuscarora…save the date now!
5. There will be a weekly prayer meeting every Wednesday morning at 6:30am (it will be approx. 1 hr long) at the Episcopal Church. If you’re interested in joining this group, meet at the front of the Church at 6:30am this Wednesday and every Wednesday!
6. If you’re interested in joining the ORB Service group which Alex is leading up, talk to Alex M. for more details and to sign up. This is a group who is willing to help service the community when a need arises. This could mean helping someone move furniture, paint, or anything else that people inside and outside the ORB community may need. If you’re interested in helping, contact one of the leaders or Alex to get your name on the list.

Announcements for the week of July 1st
-THERE WILL BE NO YAG ON JULY 3RD!! THIS IS BECAUSE RED BANK WILL BE
INSANE WITH ALL THE FIREWORKS!
ANNOUNCEMENTS:
- As a reminder, the ORB Prom will be held on Fri, July 6th in the
upstairs part of the Episcopal Church. The theme is: OUTER SPACE. In
preparation for that, this Saturday, June 23 will be a work day in the
basement to try and build the set for the prom's outer space theme. If
you are available to help, please come stop by the basement! If you
want more info on times and such, contact Matt Littlehale.
- Thursdays from 12PM-1:30PM there is a new guys small group lead by
Brian Lootsma and Jay Nicastro. See them if you are interested. They
meet in the basement. They meet every Thursday.
-There is a trip being scheduled to go to the Dominican Republic in
January from the 5th to the 12th, 2008. The goal of the trip is to
help build a summer camp. The cost will be around $500-$700.
-There is a trip being planned for mission work in Russia. this trip
is being planned and organized by Jesus Fellowship (Jess Koczman's
dad's church). The trip is scheduled for Dec 26th - Jan. 5th. If
interested, please see Jess Koczman or Sandi Andrews for applications.
-Jay E. & Anthony Sole need a roommate at their 1000 Oaks apartment in
Atlantic Highlands. Rent is a cheap whopping $200 bones. If you're
interested, contact them!
-Fabian is back in America for the summer to work...he is looking for
a place to stay...if anyone knows of an open house/floor, let one of
the leaders know so we can pass the info along to him.
-Ultimate Frisbee on Wednesday evenings at 6pm at the Count Basie
Fields...come out and play! Contact Matt Littlehale if you need more
info.
